Welcome to GIAO CAFFE (“we,” “our,” or “us”). Each time you access or use the GIAO CAFFE website, you acknowledge and signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the most current version of these terms of use. If you do not agree with these terms of use, you may not access or use the GIAO CAFFE website.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue using our Services immediately.

2. Permissible Use

Using the Website for any other purpose or in any other manner is strictly prohibited. You agree to use our Services in a lawful and responsible manner. Specifically, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing orders or using our Services.
Not engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities.
Respect all applicable laws and regulations when interacting with our Services.
Refrain from interfering with or disrupting the operation of our Services or servers.
Not use our Services to transmit or distribute harmful or malicious software.

3. Booking & Payment

Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once a signed contract is received and a deposit is paid.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service fee is required to secure your booking.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 2 business days prior to the event. If the final payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

4. Cancelation & Refund Policy

8 or less business days before the event: 50% of the deposit is forfeited, but no additional charges will apply.
9 or more business days before the event: We will retain 30% of the deposit, and 20% of the deposit will be refunded.

Customization Policy
If the client chooses to customize any part of the service, such as cups or the coffee bar, the client will be required to pay the 50% deposit along with the customization fee. This deposit and fee will be subject to the same cancellation and refund terms outlined above.

Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel the booking under unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, equipment failure). In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseeable circumstances. We'll do everything in our power to work with you to reschedule the event for a later time.The customer will not be liable for any further costs in the event that the event cannot be rescheduled, and GIAO CAFFE will forfeit the deposit.

5. Event Changes

Any changes to the event details, including date, time, location, and number of guests, must be communicated to us as soon as possible. Additional charges may apply for last-minute changes.

6. Liability

Damage to Equipment: The client is responsible for any damage to our equipment caused by guests or third parties at the event.
Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: We will accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies if notified in advance. However, we are not liable for any allergic reactions if we are not informed.

8. Health and Safety

We adhere to all applicable health and safety regulations. Our staff are trained to maintain a clean and safe environment. However, the client is responsible for ensuring that the event space is suitable for our setup and service.

9. Intellectual Property

Any content related to GIAO CAFFE, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of GIAO CAFFE or its licensors and is protected by trademark, copyright, and other laws in Canada and abroad. You are not granted any rights, titles, or interests in or related to the Website or its content by virtue of your use of it.

10. Personal Information

You will ensure that all the information you give GIAO CAFFE—whether via the website or another method—is true, accurate, current, and complete. This includes account information (such as your legal name, residential address, and email address), payment information (such as your credit card numbers and their expiration dates), and transaction-related data. GIAO CAFFE will depend on the data you supply. Any loss, damage, and additional expenses that you, GIAO CAFFE, or any other person may sustain as a result of your submitting any false, inaccurate, or incomplete information, or from your failure to update your account information and payment information as soon as it changes, are entirely your responsibility and liability. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our policy.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or resources (“External Links”) that are not under the control of GIAO CAFFE. These External Links are provided solely for your convenience and do not imply any endorsement or approval of the linked content. 12. Disclaimers

THE INFORMATION AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY GIAO CAFFE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO OUR MOBILE COFFEE CATERING SERVICES, WEBSITE, AND RELATED APPLICATIONS, ARE PRESENTED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
